Questions
- How does the trial work?
- Create an account in the editor and you get 14 days of Cloud, with no card needed. Choose a plan when you're ready. If you had an account before our plans started, your 14 days count from the day they did.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. The prices you see are the prices you pay.
- Can I subscribe from outside the EU?
- Not yet. Plans are sold in the EU for now, as the UK, Switzerland and countries further away have VAT rules of their own. Ask us and we'll tell you when they come to your country.
- Who pays €12.50 for Cloud?
- Students and teachers at a school, conservatory or university, while they study or teach, a school year at a time. And everyone who subscribes to Cloud while our launch offer lasts, for as long as they stay subscribed. Not sure whether that includes you? Ask us.
- How do students and teachers get €12.50?
- Email us from your school, conservatory or university address, or send something that shows you study or teach there. We'll set Cloud to €12.50 on your account for the school year, from your next payment if you already subscribe. Write to us again each school year: without that, your first payment after it ends is €15, and we'll email you a week before it.
